ARB Deluxe Bars Bumper + Warn Zeon Platinum 10-S Installation

All installation is performed over 1 or 2 months period. I have an open air garage (no garage). So, all installation need to be done during day time. Weather also another factor for the long installation span. The winter has been brutal in our area. We got snowstorm till mid April. Before installation start, there are a few prep work can be done. I have done the following task before bumper installation. Prep winch for installation to the bumper. Bumper pre-prep tasks before installation to the Sequoia. Winch Prep (Warn Zeon Platinum 10-S) The winch I choose for this installation is Warn Zeon Platinum 10S. This is a winch rated as 10,000lbs pull capability. After roof rack installation, it's time to install more accessories. Awning is on the list of accessories. I purchased the Front Runner EasyAwn 2.5m awning setup and also installation bracket as part of the roofrack purchased.

The installation is very straight forward. I installed the bracket on the awning. There is 2 bolts to secure the bracket to the awning rail. 3 brackets come with the kit. Hand tight the bolt for adjustment.

Next, slide the nylon nuts on the top roof rack rail. You will need 6 nylon nuts. Attached the awning to the roof rack and secure it with bolts. Adjust the bracket as needed to line up the bottom mounting hole of the bracket with the roofrack. Once adjustment completed, tighten all bolts and nuts.
